Proven ability to lead technical discussions with clients and Google product teams.About the RoleResponsibilities- The Application Development Lead manages a team of application engineers and oversees the development of software applications.- Responsibilities include setting technical direction, and ensuring successful implementation.- You will collaborate with other departments to align application development with organizational objectives and provide technical leadership.- Strong leadership and application development expertise are essential.- Lead the design and development of advanced application solutions.- Define best practices for application development and deployment.- Oversee application project execution and resource management.- Ensure alignment of application solutions with business objectives.- Provide technical leadership on application initiatives.Qualifications8+ years of experience in Conversational AI, with at least 4–5 Dialogflow CX projects delivered end-to-end.Required Skills- Strong hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow CX, Playbooks, Google ADK, and Generators.- Proven ability to lead technical discussions with clients and Google product teams.- Experience in manual testing, intent/entity validation, and flow optimization.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
