Strong hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow CX, Playbooks, Google ADK, and Generators. Proven ability to lead technical discussions with clients and Google product teams. About the Role Responsibilities The Application Development Lead manages a team of application engineers and oversees the development of software applications. Responsibilities include setting technical direction, and ensuring successful implementation. You will collaborate with other departments to align application development with organizational objectives and provide technical leadership. Strong leadership and application development expertise are essential. Lead the design and development of advanced application solutions. Define best practices for application development and deployment. Oversee application project execution and resource management. Ensure alignment of application solutions with business objectives. Provide technical leadership on application initiatives. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Conversational AI, with at least 4–5 Dialogflow CX projects delivered end-to-end. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow CX, Playbooks, Google ADK, and Generators. Proven ability to lead technical discussions with clients and Google product teams. Experience in manual testing, intent/entity validation, and flow optimization. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
