Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow.- Build and manage conversational interfaces, including intents, entities, and fulfillment logic.- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement new features for conversational agents.- Integrate conversational AI agents with various backend systems and APIs.- Analyze user conversations and data to continuously improve the performance and accuracy of the conversational Skills & Qualifications : 3 to 12 years of professional experience in software development, with a specific focus on Conversational AI.Core Expertise :- Proven experience with Conversational AI (CCAI) platforms and technologies.- Hands-on expertise with Google Dialogflow is a must.- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP), natural language understanding (NLU), and machine learning Skills :- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Node.js, or Java).- Experience with API integration (REST/JSON).- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or :- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong ability to debug and optimize conversational flows.- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
