Key Responsibilities:

If you live and breathe social media trends, love creating content, and have a knack for community engagement — this is your calling. You'll manage Goodmelts' social presence, create thumb-stopping content, and build an engaged audience that loves all things home.

  1. Develop and execute social media strategies across Ad and SM platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
  2. Create engaging content - photos, videos, reels, stories, and copy, aligned with our brand voice.
  3. Collaborate with influencers and brand partners for marketing campaigns.
  4. Manage posting schedules, respond to comments/messages, and foster community engagement.
  5. Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for reach and engagement.
  6. Collaborate with design and marketing teams for integrated campaigns.
  7. Stay updated on social media trends and emerging formats.

Who We're Looking For:

  1. 1-2 years of experience in social media management and content creation, preferably for a D2C brand.
  2. Should be able to create interactive conversational content, eg. videos, lives, etc. 
  3. A strong visual sense with a deep understanding of design principles and an eye for aesthetics.
  4. Strong skills in photography, videography, and basic editing.
  5. Experience with Basic Photoshop, Canva (or other editing software).
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Understanding of analytics tools and social media algorithms.
  8. Creative, trend-savvy, and highly organized.
