The role in a gist:
As Flexi Loans enters the next orbit of growth, we are looking for people with the passion and hunger to make a dent in the MSME ecosystem. In this role you will create strong alliances and evolve with value creating partnerships. Sounds like you? Read more on what we are looking for in the role.
What you will work on:
Identify and evaluate potential strategic alliance and partnership opportunities and be the SPOC for all partnerships and alliances developed and to be developed for the vertical
Leverage existing partnerships to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives and develop and maintain relationships with new partners and stakeholders
Revising interest rates, credit comfort and commercials with lenders
Working closely with credit risk function and business teams to understand the kind of lender partners we would need for business
Negotiate and manage partnerships and contractual agreements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of partnerships
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify new partnership opportunities
Track and report on key metrics to measure the success of alliances and partnerships
The ideal candidate:
Min 8 of experience across Banks, Fintech or NBFCs
Stakeholder management, business expectation fulfilment and problem solver and should be flexible and swift to adopt start up pace
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
Analytical mindset and ability to analyze market trends and competitors' activities
Result-oriented with a focus on achieving business objectives
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Understanding of legal clauses, partnership documentation and contracts will be an added advantage
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in strategic alliance and partnership management
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
