ServiceNow Specialist Experience: 4 to 6 years We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Specialist with strong expertise in configuring, developing, and delivering robust ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of platform features, secure operations, exception handling, and the ability to design scalable solutions that align with organizational needs. Configure and develop on the ServiceNow platform with a strong focus on secure operations and efficient exception handling. Drive the adoption of technology-based tools and methods to enhance monitoring, management, and service reliability. Define architecture and solution design elements, including data/object models, workflow diagrams, and access control structures. Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and UI mock-ups, while actively driving project success. Deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including use case design, workflow configurations, customizations, and deployments. Conduct training sessions and provide technical support to teams on complex configurations. The Cyber Strategy & Transformation team helps organizations design and evolve their cybersecurity programs in line with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite. Cybersecurity Assessments & Frameworks Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) Management Cyber Transformation & Risk Management Third-Party Risk Management Technology & Asset Compliance Cyber Risk Analytics & Reporting 4–6 years of ServiceNow implementation experience across modules such as IRM, SIR, VR, TPRM, and BCM. Strong expertise in workflow design, APIs, web services, and integrations. Hands-on skills with Workspace, UI Builder, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Flow Designer, and migration processes. Proven delivery of at least 2–3 end-to-end projects (requirement gathering to go-live). ServiceNow platform management experience (deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting). ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory). Implementation experience in IRM or Security Operations modules (Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk, Policy, SIR).
