Position: Service Now Specialist Experience: 5 to 7 years Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Service Now Specialist who can design, configure, and deliver robust Service Now solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to analyze requirements , design workflows, and implement secure, scalable systems that drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Configure and develop on the Service Now platform , ensuring secure application operations and effective exception handling. Design data models, workflows, and access control structures to support solution implementation. Analyze business requirements, define epics and user stories , and create UI mock-ups to drive project success. Lead end-to-end solution design — from workflow configurations to deployment in higher environments. Provide training and support for teams on complex system configurations. Conduct code reviews , adopt Service Now best practices, and guide teams through technical challenges. Support pre-sales activities with domain expertise and solution recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs and technological constraints . About the Team The Cyber Strategy & Transformation team works with organizations to build and evolve their cybersecurity programs. Our services include: Cybersecurity Assessments & Frameworks Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Management Cyber Transformation & Risk Management Third-Party Risk Management Technology and Asset Compliance Cyber Risk Analytics and Reporting . Qualifications Must-Have Skills: 5–7 years of Service Now implementation experience with modules like IRM, SIR, VR, TPRM, BCM . Strong expertise in workflow design, APIs, web services , and integrations. Hands-on experience with: Workspace, UI Builder, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Flow Designer. Migration and deployment processes. Proven experience delivering 2–3 full lifecycle projects , from requirement gathering to go-live. Strong ability to define epics, user stories , and create UI mock-ups. Proficiency in Service Now platform management (deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting). Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills . Mandatory Certification: Service Now Certified System Administrator. Good-to-Have Skills: Implementation experience in IRM or Security Operations Modules (Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk Management, etc.). Experience with ITAM, SAM, HAM, and CMDB . Additional certifications such as: Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) CIS - Risk & Compliance CIS - Security Incident Response CIS - Third-Party Risk Management CIS - Vulnerability Response Familiarity with GRC technologies such as RSA Archer or Metric Stream.
