Role Overview
As a Junior Data & Client Support Specialist , you will become a critical part of our customer success team, handling both data-centric tasks and client communication. From onboarding new clients with legacy data to running product demos and providing ongoing support, you’ll gain hands-on experience across all aspects of client engagement. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a balance of analytical skills and a natural talent for clear, impactful communication in English.
Key Responsibilities
Data-Driven Onboarding : Facilitate the onboarding process by assisting clients in integrating legacy data into the platform, ensuring a smooth transition and full data accuracy.
Platform Demos & Client Training: Develop a deep understanding of the Script Assist platform, eventually leading client demos and assisting with training sessions to ensure clients maximise their use of our product.
Support Ticket Management : Address B2 B client support tickets with a focus on clear, professional communication, troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely solutions.
Report Generation & Insights : Run and interpret client-specific reports, using data to identify usage trends and opportunities for clients to enhance their experience.
Client Communication : Communicate complex data insights and technical processes in clear, concise English, ensuring that clients feel informed and supported.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with product and technical teams to resolve client issues and provide feedback for ongoing product improvements.
About You
You are both data-savvy and a strong communicator, with a keen interest in using data to support client success. You’re flexible, motivated to learn, and eager to make a tangible impact on our clients’ experience with the platform.
What You’ll Need
Educational Background : Bachelor’s in Data Science, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Data Skills : Basic knowledge of tools like SQL, Excel, or Python to support data integration and report generation.
Fluent English Communication : Exceptional English proficiency with the ability to translate data insights into accessible, client-friendly language.
Client Engagement : A customer-focused approach with a talent for building rapport and guiding clients through technical processes.
Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying solutions and supporting client needs.
Adaptability : Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, start-up-like environment and comfortable taking on varied responsibilities.
