**Job Description**:
Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Stay informed about current IT industry trends, compensation, and competitor activities to make data-driven recruitment decisions.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with Senior Recruiters and Account Managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process and meet client expectations.

Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment and hiring processes adhere to legal and regulatory guidelines, including EEOC and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications:
Minimum of one year of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in the US market.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.

Knowledge of IT terminology and a basic understanding of technology roles is a plus.
