Job Title: Recruiter
Location: 100% work from home
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals for clients across the United States. This role requires in-depth knowledge of technical roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and evaluate qualified IT, NON IT candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a network of technical professionals through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, specifications, and expectations.
- Post job advertisements on various platforms and actively source candidates using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and similar tools.
- Conduct technical interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, managing feedback and follow-up communications.
- Negotiate salaries, benefits, and other employment terms with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Keep updated on US visa types (e.g., H1B, OPT, CPT) and employment regulations to ensure compliance.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely candidate information.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, including sourcing effectiveness and hiring timelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in IT recruitment for the US market.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles, skill sets, and IT terminologies.
- Familiarity with US work authorization processes, including H1B, Green Card, OPT, CPT, and EAD candidates.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and ATS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
