The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales objectives.. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote real estate projects and enhance brand visibility. • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online ads. • Manage offline marketing activities such as hoardings, print media, events, roadshows, and exhibitions. • Create and manage engaging content, brochures, videos, and marketing collateral aligned with project branding. • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities and trends. • Build and maintain relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors. • Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure ROI-driven campaigns. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements. • Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve organizational goals.
