Technical Director-Analog Layout Design Experience-18+Responsibilities The primary responsibility of this position is to provide leadership to Analog Layout Team and execute Analog Layouts on cutting edge, high-performance, high-speed, low-power blocks and IP and Analog Top-levels for So C solutions for various customer products in different process nodes including deep Fin Fet, while following industry best practices. Build, grow and maintain a high-performing, high-quality Analog Layout Team. Create a long-term charter/roadmap and vision for the function. Will be responsible for hiring of employees and managing day-to-day activities. Proficient in the use of Cadence Virtuoso (or other equivalent) design tools and flows and perform and supervise layout implementation of analog blocks/IP’s. Manage the execution for quality, including project planning, schedule tracking, report generation, day-to-day management of execution. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field18+ years of experience of designing Analog/Mixed-Signal/RF layouts. Knowledge of Perl /skill / shell scripting will be a plus Must have experience in establishing flows/methodologies/processes for execution. Must have hands on experience in Analog / Mixed Signal Layout design in advanced Fin FET processes like 16nm, 12nm, 10nm, 7nm, or lower Excellent understanding of CMOS / Bi-CMOS / SOI / Fin FET process Must have excellent understanding of analog layout concepts like Matching, Shielding/isolation, antenna effect mitigation, EM&IR, latch-up, ESD, Parasitics reduction and process migration etc. Experience in layout of Analog blocks like SERDES, PHY, HDMI, PLL, ADC, DAC, LDO, Bandgap, Ref Generators, Power management blocks, Differential Amplifier etc. Additional knowhow for IO layout and characterization will be plus Good communication and customer management skills About Us: Wipro Limited (NYSE: WIT, BSE: 507685, NSE: WIPRO) is a leading technology services and consulting company focused on building innovative solutions that address clients’ most complex digital transformation needs.
