About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned CPaa S Senior Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team and drive innovation within our CPaa S platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex engineering projects, delivering scalable solutions, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Oversee and manage a team of talented engineers, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed. Mentor and develop engineers to enhance their technical skills and career growth. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Product Development: Define and execute the engineering strategy for our CPaa S platform, aligning with business objectives and market trends. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality engineering solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. Technical Expertise: Have a deep understanding of CPaa S technologies and architectures, including SMS, voice, Whats App, RCS and other communication channels. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation. Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team, resolving complex technical challenges as needed. Infrastructure and Operations: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our CPaa S infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security. Collaborate with Dev Ops teams to automate and streamline operational processes. Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement. Quality and Testing: Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. Collaborate with testing teams to develop comprehensive test plans and execute test cases. Drive continuous improvement in software quality through metrics-driven analysis and remediation. Qualifications: Around 12 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of managing engineering teams and delivering successful projects. Deep understanding of CPaa S technologies, architectures, and protocols. Strong technical skills in areas such as Kubernetes, Kafka. Experience with cloud platforms (e. G., AWS, Azure). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Passion for innovation and a drive to deliver exceptional results.
