The Jhagadia Float Glass manufacturing unit of Saint-Gobain India Pvt Ltd – Glass Business is one of the strategic investments of Saint-Gobain in western India with the acquisition of erstwhile Ms. Sezal Architectural Glass in the year 2011. Located at Central Gujarat in Jhagadia of Bharuch District, the state-of-the-art float glass plant is spread over an area of 150 acres with its capacity to produce 550 MT of clear glass per day having the accolade of producing clear glass with less than 650 ppm of Iron setting a high quality benchmark standard within India and globally. Saint-Gobain Jhagadia also takes the pride by setting this benchmark for its TVC campaign of Clear Glass of 654 PPM. The campus also has uniquely positioned in house Sand Beneficiation plant with a capacity to produce 600 tons of treated sand/per day. Jhagadia glass site today has uniquely positioned itself over a decade to attract many future investments of Saint-Gobain in India. Our people are our greatest ASSETS.

Key Role Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance activities related to instrumentation
2. Field instrumentation & VFD & servo drive calibration
3. PLC & DCS applications
4. Knowledge of encoders, inductive, photosensor, pressure, level, temperature & flow transmitters, International standards and Codes for instruments equipment & systems
5. Planning of preventive & predictive maintenance to reduce down time
6.Troubleshooting & fault diagnosis of technical breakdown
7.Instrumentation spares management
8.Rectification & Continuous monitoring of unsafe conditions in plant
9.Commissioning of instrumentation projects
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma - Instrumentation Engineering from reputed Engineering Institutions with Good Academic record
- 3-6 years Experience in Manufacturing / Process / Engg. Industry
Required Skills and attributes:

2. Analytical skills
3. Service orientation
4. Team Working skills
The candidate must be willing to relocate to Bharuch/Ankleshwar and comfortable with working in Shifts.
