1) Achieving objective of zero incidents towards Safety through effective execution of Safety & Health systems

2) Execute action items from Primary Hazard Analysis (PHA), Job safety analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) & share the implementation data for effective decision making

Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations

3) Actively contributes in periodic review meetings: for HSE incidents; Pre Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR), Hazard Mitigation Plan (HMP) & prepare MIS for management reporting on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual basis

4) Effective implementation of the work permit system at site; conducts awareness & training events at shop floor; conducts periodic audits at shop floor; maintenance of the safety equipment at shop floor

5) Maintaining all the Safety & health documents ready for audit of any 3rd party or regulatory -Responsible Care, Responsible Sourcing, ISO, DISH, & other plant audits as per business needs.

6) Timely availability of safety devices, PPEs, and work seamlessly with production; maintenance, procurement team to ensure zero production downtime due to safety non-compliance

7) Perform the task assigned by the supervisor or management for any other job roles and responsibilities as per business needs.
