With a powerhouse team of over 120 professionals across ERBrains India, Dubai, UAE, and the USA, and over a decade of Microsoft Gold Competency in IT Service Management, we're primed to lead the charge into tomorrow's digital era Experience: 8+ years As a Power Platform Lead, you should be able to lead and manage a team of developers, mentor and upskill team members, evaluate their performance, and engage directly with customers to deliver solutions independently. On the technical side, you must have strong expertise in Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas), Power Automate workflows and approvals, Dataverse data modelling and security, Power BI dashboards, and integration with SharePoint and Teams. You should also be capable of handling solution architecture, environment setup, governance, integrations with REST APIs and Azure services, AI Builder and Copilot Studio, and DevOps pipelines with solution versioning. Additionally, you are expected to communicate effectively with stakeholders, guide developers’ work, troubleshoot performance issues, and manage licensing and cost optimization Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint and PowerBI. Managing, mentoring, and upskilling team members to build a strong talent pool. Evaluating performance of subordinates and providing constructive feedback. Driving collaboration within a high-performance team environment, while ensuring smooth coordination across stakeholders. Leveraging your Expertise in Power Platform while continuously expanding your own skills and fostering growth within the team. Taking ownership of delivery, ensuring projects meet customer expectations in terms of quality, timelines, and business value 10+ years of experience in Software industry and at least 5 + years of experience in Power Platform ~ Skilled in Dataverse data modelling, rules, and security roles. ~ Experienced in creating and embedding Power BI dashboards. ~ Experience in AI Builder ~ Can integrate Power Apps with SharePoint lists and Teams. ~ Able to design end-to-end solutions and manage deployments. ~ Can set up environments, DLP policies, and governance frameworks. ~ Experienced in building integrations with REST APIs and Azure services. ~ Skilled in managing DevOps pipelines, ALM and solution versioning. ~ Can troubleshoot performance and scalability issues. ~ If you're a proactive, results-driven professional passionate about delivering impactful solutions and exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you
