Join us and redefine what's next for you.What you'll do:Responsibilities:Program & Portfolio ManagementLead the Q2C PMO function, managing a portfolio of strategic initiatives across automation, AI, and process optimization.Establish and maintain governance frameworks, cadence, and reporting mechanisms for executive visibility.Drive prioritization, resource alignment, and risk mitigation across programs.Transformation ExecutionOwn end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and POR.Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Ops, Finance, Sales, etc.) to drive deployments and process improvements.Monitor KPIs and success metrics to ensure measurable impact and continuous improvement.Operational Excellence & StandardizationChampion operational excellence by identifying and implementing best practices across Q2C processes.Drive standardization of tools, templates, and processes to enable scalability and consistency.Support quality initiatives and root cause analysis for process defects and improvement opportunities.Stakeholder Engagement & Change ManagementAct as a change agent, driving adoption and engagement across global teams.Facilitate executive-level communications, steering committees, and stakeholder alignment.Develop and deliver change management strategies and training plans.What you need to bring: 10+ years of experience in PMO, transformation, or business operations roles, preferably in Q2C or similar domains and working in a global roleProven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs with measurable outcomes.Strong understanding of automation, AI, and process optimization methodologies.Expertise in program governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder management.Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills.Experience in global deployments and working with cross-cultural teams.Accelerated delivery of Q2C transformation initiatives.Improved process quality, standardization, and operational efficiency.Enhanced visibility and governance of strategic programs.Strong stakeholder alignment and change adoption across global teams.
