What You’ll Do

  • Design high-impact YouTube thumbnails that drive clicks and views
  • Create engaging social media posts for Instagram and other platforms
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to maintain brand consistency across all assets
  • Translate briefs into scroll-stopping visuals that resonate with digital audiences
  • Keep up with content trends and help push Sparx’s creative edge

What We’re Looking For

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Bonus: Hands-on experience with Figma
  • Understanding of YouTube Studio and how thumbnails impact CTR (a big plus)
  • Strong sense of composition, typography, and visual storytelling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Creative thinker who’s proactive about experimenting with formats and ideas
