We are backed by some of the respected investors - Roots Ventures, Velo Partners, Creed Capital, and the likes of Kunal Shah, Vivekananda Hallekere, Rahul Garg as Angels.We have some brilliant minds with us, working on a mission to make 400 million Indian millennials investment-ready, with Senior Executives from Sequoia, Swiggy, Glance, Airtel, Uber, and institutions like ISB, NITs, and IIMs.What You’ll DoOwn the entire Youtube's platform end to endOptimize titles, thumbnails, metadata, and playlists using tools like VidIQ/TubeBuddy and A/B testing.Analyze traffic sources, viewer segments, and drop-off points to refine content formats.Coordinate with Creator Host, Editor, and Research team to develop deep-dive topics into engaging video series.Design hooks to drive conversion from viewers to app users and newsletter subscribers.Execute a smart Shorts vs Long-form strategy and plan playlist optimization.Conduct A/B testing for thumbnails and analyze cross-channel traffic.Focus on retention analytics to improve watch time and viewer loyalty.Core Skills & Experience4-7+ years of experience growing a YouTube channel from ≥100K to ≥500K subscribers.Deep expertise in:-YouTube Studio analytics-SEO strategies-CAR metrics: Click-through rate, Average view duration, RetentionStrong understanding of finance or education audiences (or ability to ramp up quickly).Experience with:-Script editing-Thumbnail design oversight-Briefing on-camera talent-Managing post-production workflows-Data-driven: Familiar with tools like GA4, BigQuery, or similar for tying video metrics to broader business KPIs.
