Job Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for channel partner acquisition and key account management in Kolkata by building a strong network of real estate brokers/property agents and developing partnerships with them for lead generation/site visits.
Key Responsibilities :
- Regular visits to the channel partners, existing and new to build a strong influence/rapport over the network.
- Ensure a continuous flow of customer database and leads of RTMI (Ready To Move In flats / resale residential properties/commercial and office spaces) through the help of your channel partners.
- Ensure strong reference from Channel Partners for high-quality lead for site visits for each Customer Lead shared by the Channel Partner.
- Ensuring regular engagement with channel partners through communication, scheme explanation and service offerings of the company
External Skills And Expertise :
- Minimum a Graduation or Similar Qualification.
- 2-4 years of experience in working with Real Estate Channel Partners is mandatory.
- Good working knowledge of real estate brokers/channel partners and their business.
- Conversant in English, Hindi and Bengali
