The Marketing Head is responsible for driving Bella Designs' branding and lead-generation initiatives, positioning the company as a leader in the interior design and execution industry. This role manages both digital and offline marketing teams to ensure effective campaign execution, strong market presence, and increased customer engagement.



Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with Bella Designs’ business objectives.
  • Define and enhance the company’s value proposition and brand positioning.
  • Approve and oversee marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with ROI objectives.
  • Collaborate with the tech team for website and app optimization to enhance user experience and lead conversion.
  • Partner with the social media team to devise impactful strategies for boosting Bella Designs' online presence.



Branding and Communication

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to visual guidelines across all mediums.
  • Plan, approve, and execute promotional campaigns, events, and marketing drives to optimize reach and impact.
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to inform campaign strategies and reports.
  • Prepare professional presentations and partnership proposals for channel partners, builders, and other stakeholders.



Team Leadership and Management

  • Lead the digital, offline, and social media marketing teams to achieve defined goals.
  • Inspire and motivate the team with strategic direction, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision.
  • Monitor team performance, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.



Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, lead suppliers, and builders to strengthen partnerships.
  • Review and finalize agreements with external collaborators, ensuring alignment with company standards.



Reporting and ROI Analysis

  • Review team-generated reports and provide actionable insights to improve marketing strategies.
  • Conduct ROI analysis for campaigns to assess effectiveness and guide future initiatives.
  • Maintain financial records for marketing activities to ensure efficient budget allocation and utilization.



Targets

  • Lead Generation: Ensure monthly team targets are achieved.
  • Channel Partner Engagement: Conduct and document regular meetings with CPs, lead suppliers, and builders.
  • Campaign Effectiveness: Achieve an engagement score of over 80% based on customer feedback.
  • Team Productivity: Drive the marketing team to meet lead generation and engagement targets.
