We are seeking a highly skilled Support Associate will be a part of the RG Support & Services team that provides support to Indian and US customers in email, chat, message, and phone contact mediums across Roundglass solutions and experiences. A professional approach to communication through emails, query resolution calls, and providing information about products and services It is important for the associate to have fluent English communication skills. Any hands-on B2C customer support experience working for an internet product company will be an advantage A bachelor's degree, or higher, in operations, or a related field, is good to have. Candidate with 0-2 years of work experience in a tech product / customer support team Candidate should be comfortable to work in US shift for customer support.
