Design and lead impactful training modules on Mobilab's devices for MLT/DMLT students and nursing staff

Host train-the-trainer initiatives and build content for digital learning

Collaborate with healthcare institutes, skill councils, and regulatory bodies

Coordinate with internal product, clinical, and deployment teams

Ensure high standards of learning delivery and monitor student outcomes

Drive program growth through quality assurance and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Skills Education: M.Sc. in MLT / Clinical Pathology / Biochemistry (PhD preferred)

Experience: 4–5 years in diagnostics, clinical training, or healthcare skilling. Minimum 2–3 years teaching experience in healthcare institutes. Prior exposure to medical device training or government skilling programs a plus

Fluent in English

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital training tools is a bonus
