Company Description Technoledge TM is dedicated to enhancing the development coordination implementation and planning of educational institutions to maximize efficiency Our services aim to foster learning as a shared experience among functional groups which enhances job satisfaction performance and productivity We provide a wide range of services including skill development e-learning processes education management and consultancy and international collaborations Our initiatives are designed to empower individuals and organizations through diverse educational solutions Role Description This is an on-site freelancer or contractual role for a PDP Trainer located in Noida The PDP Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs conducting assessments and tailoring learning experiences to meet the needs of various functional groups Daily tasks include preparing training materials conducting workshops facilitating group discussions and providing feedback and support to trainees The PDP Trainer will also be expected to collaborate with other departments to align training programs with organizational goals Qualifications Experience in developing and delivering training programs Strong presentation facilitation and group discussion skills Ability to tailor training content to meet diverse learning needs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in using digital tools for training and education Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders Bachelor s degree in Education Human Resources or a related field Experience in engineering services and skill development is a plus Job Types Contractual Temporary Freelance Contract length 3 months Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Language English Required Work Location In person
