About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and driven professional to lead our Gift Cards and Partnerships initiatives. This role is critical in driving user acquisition, revenue growth, and brand reach through strategic collaborations and gift card initiatives. Gift Cards Streamline and optimize the gift card ecosystem — from setup to redemption and scale it as a key revenue and user acquisition channel Collaborate closely with Tech, Product, and Finance teams to enhance the gift card platform, improve user experience, and resolve any operational bottlenecks. Design promotions to maximize sales and ROI. Continuously monitor performance metrics to identify and act on growth opportunities. Identify, pitch, and onboard brand partners with strong audience alignment to drive user acquisition and brand awareness . Track weekly performance , ensure deliverables are met, and flag risks proactively to maintain operational efficiency. Drive barter and affiliate partnerships , optimizing across CPM, CPI, and CPA models to meet ROI targets. 2-3 years of experience in partnerships, strategic alliances roles with new-age consumer brands . ~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to track metrics, analyze complex data (proficient in Excel/Google Sheets), and translate insights into action. ~ A highly organized, resilient, and self-motivated individual with a strong "bias for action" and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. ~
