Experience: 6–10 Years We are looking for a strong Hands-on Java Lead Engineer with deep expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and Cloud-ready architecture . This role requires excellent coding skills, leadership capabilities, and hands-on involvement in designing, developing, and delivering scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will mentor the team, drive best practices, and ensure high-quality technical output. Lead the design and development of Java-based microservices using Spring Boot. Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams for end-to-end delivery. Implement and enforce best practices , coding standards, and architectural guidelines. Manage sprint planning, task delegation, and technical deliverables. Perform code reviews and guide developers to improve code quality. Work with SQL databases , caching, messaging systems, and integrations. Troubleshoot production issues and implement robust monitoring and logging. Stay updated with modern Java and backend ecosystem improvements. Strong hands-on experience in Java 8+ Expert in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data Experience with RESTful APIs , JSON, API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI) Deep understanding of SQL databases (PostgreSQL) Experience with message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ Strong in JPA/Hibernate , ORM, transaction management Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git Experience working with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus Knowledge of unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) Scalability, performance, monitoring
