You will lead a team of engineers, influence architectural direction, and play a pivotal role in accelerating software delivery using cutting-edge tools and practices. Key Responsibilities Design and implementcloud-native, microservices-based architecturesrunning on Kubernetes (EKS or AKS). Build and optimizelarge-scale distributed computing systems , ensuring high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance. Drive the adoption ofAI-powered development toolsto enhance team productivity and code quality. Conductdesign and code reviewsto ensure adherence to best practices in distributed systems and cloud-native development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical initiatives with business goals. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers to deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems. Requirements 6+ yearsof hands-on experience building and scaling distributed systems in production. Strong background inmicroservices architecture ,API design , andevent-driven systems . Proven experience managing and operatingKubernetes clustersin production environments. Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts —messaging, fault tolerance, consensus, consistency . Proficiency in at least two core programming languages (e.g.,Python, Node.js ). Experience usingAI-assisted tools(e.g., GitHub Copilot, Tabnine) for code generation, static analysis, and automation. Strong understanding ofcloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)andsecurity best practices . Familiarity withobservability toolssuch as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
