Job Title : Gen AI & Agentic AI Developer Location : Working Model : Hybrid Immediate to 30 days We are seeking a skilled Gen AI & Agentic AI Developer to join our client’s team and help build autonomous, intelligent systems that create real-world impact. If you're passionate about developing innovative AI solutions, we'd love to have you on board. Develop and Optimize AI Models : Build and enhance Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs , GANs ) and Agentic AI systems for autonomous task execution and decision-making. MLOps Implementation : Design, implement, and manage MLOps pipelines to deploy, monitor, and scale AI models in production environments. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to improve AI model performance by leveraging real-time data. LangChain Development : Use LangChain to create scalable, robust NLP solutions with large language models. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and mentor junior developers. Research and Innovation : Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and apply new advancements to projects. Experience : 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development , with experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI . Programming : Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., Practical experience in model deployment, monitoring, and scaling, with a solid understanding of CI/CD practices for AI. RAG : Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation to enhance AI models by integrating external data sources. Cloud : Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS , GCP , Azure ) for AI model deployment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. D. in Computer Science , AI , or a related field. Publications in Generative AI or Agentic AI are a plus.
