Our AI-powered platform automates complex design tasks, dramatically reducing time-to-market and development costs in the $600B+ semiconductor industry.Currently bootstrapped and in pre-seed discussions, we're building the future of chip design.The OpportunityAs a Founding AI/ML Engineer, you'll:Shape & LeadBuild our technical foundation with entrepreneurial autonomyMentor junior engineers and set technical standardsDrive product direction, architecture, and company cultureInnovate & DeliverIdentify critical challenges and architect elegant solutionsBridge technical and business stakeholders with exceptional communicationTackle both ML and non-ML engineering challengesGrow & BuildJoin a high-caliber team valuing technical excellence and startup spiritPrioritize learning and long-term career trajectoryEmbrace significant upside potential in a fast-moving startupWhat You'll DoResearch: Stay ahead of LLMs, VLMs, and GenAI advances, translating cutting-edge research into practical chip design solutionsEngineering: Own the full ML lifecycle—data processing, model architecture, training, evaluation, and MLOps.
