Address audit findings, prepare plan to mitigate risks identified and implement corrective actions to strengthen financial controls and reporting.Financial AnalysisConduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.Regulatory ComplianceEnsure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and reporting requirements in the renewable energy industry.Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process.Stay up-to-date with industry-specific regulations and adapt reporting processes accordingly.Process ImprovementContinuously assess and improve financial reporting and consolidation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Implement best practices and automation tools to streamline reporting procedures.Work with the team on automation of financial systemsForecasting and BudgetingAssist in the development of financial forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term financial plans.Collaborate with department heads to gather input and provide guidance on budget adherence.
