📌 Job Title: Manager – Financial Reporting (Qualified CA) 📍 Location: Bengaluru (5 Days WFO) 🧾 Experience: 6 – 8 Years (Post Qualification) About the Role: We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Controllership team as Manager – Financial Reporting. The ideal candidate will be the in-house accounting expert responsible for monthly, quarterly & annual financial reporting as per IGAAP & IFRS, consolidation, and audit management (Big4 & internal audit). This role reports to the Director – Reporting and plays a key part in setting up strong financial controls and processes. ✅ Key Responsibilities: - Provide real-time accounting guidance as per IGAAP and IFRS - Prepare & publish Monthly MIS with schedules - Prepare Monthly Cash Flow Statements - Manage internal & external audits (Big 4 exposure preferred) - Coordinate with CS for XBRL & statutory filings - Analyze revenue contracts to ensure accurate GAAP reporting - Handle consolidation of multiple entities across APAC, ME & Africa - Build strong process controls and compliance frameworks ✅ Skills & Qualifications: ✔ Qualified Chartered Accountant (Mandatory) ✔ 5+ years of post-qualification experience in accounting, reporting & audit ✔ Experience across multiple jurisdictions (APAC/ME/Africa) ✔ Hands-on in Consolidation of entities (Must have) ✔ Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards & IFRS ✔ Excellent communication & stakeholder management ✔ Experience with Big 4 (preferred) ✔ Proficient in MS Excel & ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) 🌟 Why Join Us?
