A leading Singapore based Investment Management firm is looking to grow its tech team in Bangalore. They are looking for a Middle office QA Automation engineer. You will manage the entire testing stack and take over end-to-end responsibility for Quality of releases getting into production for Middle-office domain.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire testing stack and take over end-to-end responsibility for Quality of releases getting into production for Middle-office Domain
- Help in running and contribute to build out of Unit and Integration using standard testing & mocking frameworks
- Help generate datasets after studying production scenarios, to be used as baseline for test-bed
- Record and tabulate test results in an easy-to-use manner for later reference against potential production issues
- Work closely with Release manager to ensure release sign-off of all production artefacts
- Liaise with stakeholders for UAT and collect sign-off
Experience and Toolset knowledge:
- Must have 5+ years of experience running testing framework and test automation for a large financial organization
- Knowledge of Nunit, VC Test, Jenkins and related frameworks
- Familiarity with some Infrastructure tools, management, and automation technologies such as: Ansible, Terraform etc Gitlab, Github.
Skills:
- Capable of evaluating issues logically
- Should be comfortable working independently and in an hands-on environment
- Good working knowledge of Excel and other test tabulation tools
- Comfortable with collaboration, open communication spanning across different product development teams
