The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of industrial products and a passion for sales.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors such as electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing.- Promote and sell industrial laminates to existing and prospective clients.- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors.- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions.- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.- Track market trends, analyze competitor activity, and gather customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities.- Coordinate with internal teams such as production and logistics to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.-Required Skills & Qualifications:- B. Sc. / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical preferred)- 2–5 years of experience in industrial product sales, preferably in laminates, insulation materials, or engineering goods.- Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen related to industrial laminates and their applications.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
