Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Gurugram Sector 44, Haryana
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
* Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information about insurance policies, claims, and renewals.
* Assist customers with their policy documentation, premium payments, and general queries.
* Maintain customer records and follow-up on service requests.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer problems.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
ISMS Responsibilities
• Be aware and comply with the ISMS Policy, procedures and objectives;
• Actively participate in ISMS exercises;
• Request access to information access from their Team Leaders/ Executives;
• Report known and suspected security incidents to the IT Helpdesk;
• Protect secrecy of passwords; and
• Protect information assets used by them against compromise of assets confidentiality, integrity or availability.
Qualifications:
* Minimum educational qualification: Undergraduate and Graduation.
* Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Basic knowledge of insurance policies is an advantage but not mandatory.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Freshers are welcome to apply
