Export Packing Operations Manager

We are one of the leading manufacturer, supplier and exporter of Indian Natural Stones and Natural Stone Products. Operation Manager Department/Group: Import/Export Travel required: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the end-to-end operational processes of our stone and granite export business. The ideal candidate will coordinate between the marketing, procurement, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order execution, supplier payments, and export shipment deliveries. Order Execution & Monitoring PO issued, production status, ready for dispatch, shipped. Coordinate with the supplier on material readiness and quality confirmations. Ensure timely issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers. Track and manage advance and final payments to suppliers in coordination with the accounts team. Logistics & Delivery Planning Negotiate and arrange domestic transport (truck/container) at optimal rates and timelines. Liaise with transporters, suppliers, and shipping agents to meet export cut-off timelines. Documentation & Compliance Oversee the preparation and collection of relevant documents such as invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and packing lists. Coordinate with the export documentation team for Bill of Lading (BL), Certificate of Origin, etc Serve as the key link between marketing, procurement, logistics, accounts , and suppliers. Provide regular updates to the management on pending orders, delivery schedules, and logistics costs. Must have Skills & Experience ~ Graduate in Logistics, Business Management, or Supply Chain ~8–10 years of experience in export operations, preferably in the natural stone, granite, or related sector. ~ Sound knowledge of domestic logistics , port operations , and export documentation. ~ Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP tools. ~ Good to have Skills & Experience Ready to travel to supplier locations and ports when required
