We are one of the leading manufacturer, supplier and exporter of Indian Natural Stones and Natural Stone Products.Job Title:Operation Manager Reporting Manager:Director Department/Group:Import/Export Travel required:Required Location:New DelhiJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and proactiveOperations Managerto oversee and streamline the end-to-end operational processes of our stone and granite export business. The ideal candidate will coordinate between the marketing, procurement, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order execution, supplier payments, and export shipment deliveries. Key Responsibilities: Order Execution & Monitoring Track and monitor all customer orders received via the marketing team. Maintain a real-time dashboard of order status: PO issued, production status, ready for dispatch, shipped. Coordinate with the supplier on material readiness and quality confirmations. Supplier Coordination & Payment Tracking Ensure timely issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers. Track and manageadvance and final paymentsto suppliers in coordination with the accounts team. Follow up with suppliers for timelines, delays, or changes in availability. Logistics & Delivery Planning Plan and schedule movement of goods fromsupplier’s location to the designated seaport . Negotiate and arrangedomestic transport(truck/container) at optimal rates and timelines. Liaise with transporters, suppliers, and shipping agents to meet export cut-off timelines. Documentation & Compliance Oversee the preparation and collection of relevant documents such as invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and packing lists. Coordinate with the export documentation team for Bill of Lading (BL), Certificate of Origin, etc Coordination & Communication Serve as the key link betweenmarketing, procurement, logistics, accounts , and suppliers. Provide regular updates to the management on pending orders, delivery schedules, and logistics costs.Qualifications and Education Requirements Must have Skills & Experience Graduate inLogistics, Business Management, or Supply Chain 8–10 years of experiencein export operations, preferably in thenatural stone, granite, or related sector. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Sound knowledge ofdomestic logistics ,port operations , andexport documentation. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP tools. Excellent communication and coordination abilities.Good to have Skills & ExperienceCost-conscious and process-driven mindset Strong follow-up and organizational skills Ability to multitask and handle pressure Ready to travel to supplier locations and ports when required
