Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with strong expertise in B2B IT sales to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing a robust sales pipeline, generating new business through multi-channel outreach, and leading client negotiations to successfully close deals. Key Responsibilities Revenue Growth & Strategy Develop and execute revenue growth strategies aligned with company goals. Identify new market opportunities and contribute to long-term business expansion plans. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Sales Pipeline & Lead Management Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure. Nurture prospects through regular follow-ups and relationship-building activities. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates. Business Development & Lead Generation Generate new business through: Strategic outreach and networking Cold calls and cold email campaigns LinkedIn Sales Navigator Freelance and B2B platforms such as Upwork Spearhead multi-platform lead generation campaigns to ensure a continuous flow of qualified leads. Client Engagement & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong client relationships through: In-person meetings Virtual meetings Product demos and presentations Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions. Negotiation & Deal Closure Lead client negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization. Successfully close deals while maintaining healthy margins. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover post-deal closure. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in B2B IT Sales / Technology Sales / SaaS / Software Services. Strong understanding of IT solutions, digital products, or technology services. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Hands-on experience with: LinkedIn Sales Navigator Cold outreach & email marketing tools CRM systems Strong ability to build trust and long-term client relationships. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling custom software development, SaaS products, or enterprise IT solutions. Prior experience in international client handling.
