Job Overview:
We seek a dynamic and versatile Medical Doctor with pre-sales and healthcare technology expertise. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between medical expertise and technology solutions, leveraging their clinical knowledge to support sales teams, clients, and product development. Excellent communication skills are a must to effectively engage stakeholders and demonstrate the value of healthcare technology solutions. The candidate must also be willing to travel as required to support sales and client engagements.
Key Responsibilities: Pre-Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and align solutions with medical and healthcare requirements.
Present healthcare technology products and solutions to potential clients, showcasing clinical relevance and value.
Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences, including clinicians and healthcare executives.
Clinical Expertise:
Provide medical insights and validate the clinical applicability of technology solutions.
Assist in creating clinical use cases and workflows tailored to client requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as a subject matter expert in healthcare technology discussions with clients and internal teams.
Address queries from clients related to clinical features, regulatory compliance, and patient outcomes.
Product Development & Training:
Collaborate with product teams to refine features and workflows based on medical requirements.
Train internal teams and clients on the clinical application of healthcare technology products.
Market Insights & Strategy:
Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to provide feedback for product improvement.
Contribute to marketing and business development strategies with medical insights.
Travel:
Be open and available to travel domestically or internationally as needed to meet clients, attend conferences, or support sales and implementation efforts.
Qualifications & Skills: Educational Background:
MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
Advanced certifications in healthcare technology or management are a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in pre-sales, business development, or healthcare technology roles.
Skills:
Strong understanding of healthcare technology solutions and clinical workflows.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate clinical requirements into technology features and benefits.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle client objections effectively.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with healthcare IT systems (e.g., EMR/EHR, telemedicine, AI-based solutions).
Basic understanding of regulatory compliance in healthcare (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
