The role involves handling client inquiries, generating and qualifying leads, and coordinating with the sales/design teams to drive conversions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, prior telecalling/pre-sales experience (preferably in interiors or real estate), and the ability to build rapport with potential clients while maintaining accurate lead follow-up recordsKey Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls for interior project inquiries.Explain company's interior solutions and services to potential clients.Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for sales/design teams.Maintain lead database/CRM with regular follow-ups until conversion.Share weekly reports on leads, calls, and closures with management.Requirements:Graduate in any discipline (Sales/Marketing background preferred).Strong communication skills in English and local languages.Prior experience in telecalling / pre-sales (interior or real estate preferred).Good interpersonal skills with ability to build client rapport.Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
