We’re hiring: General Manager | Ambient AI Scribe (Supanote) Bangalore, India | Full-time (On-site preferred) At Supa Health , we’re building the agentic operating system for behavioral health clinics in the US. Our product, Supanote , is an Ambient AI Scribe already helping thousands of therapists reduce documentation time and focus more on patient care — and we’re just getting started. We’re now looking for a General Manager for Supanote — someone excited to take full ownership of a fast-growing product and turn it into a category-defining business. This is a rare opportunity to step into a true mini-CEO role and own everything from product and brand to revenue and customer experience. What makes this role special: You won’t be working in silos. You’ll have real ownership. You’ll: • Shape the product roadmap • Talk directly with customers in the US • Build the brand and growth engine • Own revenue and customer success • Work closely with founders and engineering In short: you’ll be building and scaling a real business, not just a function. Who this role is great for: • Enjoys building things from scratch (0 → 1 and beyond) • Thinks deeply about positioning, messaging, and customer experience • Is comfortable selling, demoing, and handling objections • Thrives in fast-moving, low-bureaucracy environments • Brings a high-ownership, low-ego mindset You might be a former founder, an early-stage operator, or someone who’s grown products from zero to revenue.
