We're hiring a strategic and hands-on General Manager – Marketing to own growth, performance marketing, and user acquisition for Seekho. You'll lead user acquisition at scale, optimize marketing efficiency, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive high-quality demand.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and scale performance marketing across Google, Meta, and other channelsOptimize CAC, ROAS, and key growth metrics using data-driven insightsRun growth experiments across funnels, audiences, creatives, and landing pagesCollaborate with creative strategy and demand of high-performing ad assetsCollaborate with category, content, and product teams to align demand with supplyBuild reporting dashboards and strengthen attribution & trackingManage and mentor a high-performing marketing teamRequirements5+ years in performance marketing/growth at high-growth startups or consumer businessesExperience managing large budgets and scaling acquisition campaignsStrong analytical skills (Excel/Sheets; SQL is a plus)Expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA, Appsflyer, and attribution tools1st principles problem solving with strong ownership and execution abilityGood-to-HaveExperience in content/media, consumer-tech, or ed-techTeam-building and management experienceUnderstanding of retention and lifecycle marketingBenefits Curious About Seekho ? - We invite you to explore our team and culture page to learn more about our values, vibrant teams, and what makes working at Seekho a truly rewarding experience.
