Role Description:

The Holiday Sales Advisor (Long Haul & Short Haul) role is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur and Gurugram. The Advisor will be responsible for promoting and selling customized travel packages, managing bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Details Role : Holiday Sales Advisor (Long Haul & Short Haul)

Location : Gurugram

Experience Required : 1-5 Years

Education: UG/Graduate/PG (in Tourism)

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Connect with customers to understand holiday requirements for Long Haul & Short Haul Destinations(Europe, Nordic Region, Australia and New Zealand, Singapore, Dubai, Thailand).

• Design a customized itinerary based on customers' requirements

• Ability to convince customers and deliver the assigned sales targets consistently

• Pro-actively identify new business opportunities to increase sales

• Represent company values while speaking to customers

• Provide exceptional customer service

• Working with cross-functional teams like Ops, product and supply to achieve organizational goals
