Job Overview

Nexus Jobs is seeking a passionate Travel Consultant for a full-time position at our Jaipur headquarters. This junior-level role requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will have strong customer relationship management, extensive travel knowledge, and destination expertise to ensure excellent service delivery to our clients. Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in customer relationship management to provide top-tier service to clients and maintain long-lasting relationships with them. (Mandatory skill)
  • Pervasive travel knowledge, including understanding travel logistics, itinerary planning, and travel regulations. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong destination knowledge to offer expert advice and recommendations on global travel destinations, accommodating client needs. (Mandatory skill)
  • Familiarity with Travelport and other flight booking systems to seamlessly handle reservations and client inquiries.
  • Experience in leisure travel planning, offering tailored travel experiences that meet client preferences and budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and resolve any travel-related issues.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage travel arrangements and ensure accuracy in booking processes.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle unforeseen travel circumstances and provide clients with alternative solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in planning and organizing their travel itineraries based on their needs and preferences.
  • Book flights, accommodations, and ground transportation while ensuring accuracy and timely execution of bookings.
  • Provide expert advice on travel destinations, including information on local attractions, cultural nuances, and travel safety.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and manage bookings efficiently.
  • Resolve any travel issues that may arise during the itinerary planning or post-booking process.
  • Stay up-to-date with current travel trends, destination news, and industry best practices to provide optimal services.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and foster a supportive work environment.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction through consistent follow-up and feedback gathering.
