Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Travel Consultant to join our team in Jaipur. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for travel and an ability to manage end-to-end trip planning and execution. You will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and delivering personalized travel solutions to our clients.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must possess effective communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams smoothly and efficiently.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities to address and resolve travel-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Experience in booking management to ensure accurate and efficient handling of travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Keen attention to detail is necessary to manage complex itineraries and ensure all travel plans are executed without errors.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques to promote additional travel services and products that align with clients' needs.
  • Customer service orientation (Mandatory skill) is essential, focusing on building satisfying relationships with travel clients.
  • Itinerary planning (Mandatory skill) is crucial to create efficient and memorable travel experiences for clients.
  • Destination knowledge (Mandatory skill) is required to provide valuable insights and guidance to clients about various travel destinations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences for trips, vacations, and business travels.
  • Develop and present personalized travel packages including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
  • Facilitate the travel booking process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the reservation systems.
  • Provide detailed and up-to-date travel information and advice on destinations, cultures, and customs.
  • Address and resolve any issues or problems that arise before or during travel to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and travel regulations to provide the best advice and customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and clients' details for reference and follow-up communication.
