Experience Required: 2- 4 Years Job Role: Human Resource Business PartnerLocation: T-nagar, Chennai.Job Description of Human Resource Business PartnerThe Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business units, aligning business objectives with employees and management.The HRBP acts as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, proactively assessing and anticipating HR-related needs, and delivering value-added service that reflects the business objectives of the organization.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate onboarding, training, and development programs for employees.Work closely with HR centers of excellence (e.g., Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver integrated HR solutions.Strategic PartnershipCollaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop people strategies that support them.Act as a trusted advisor to managers on all HR-related matters.Employee RelationsProvide guidance on complex employee relations issues.Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.Support conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.Performance & DevelopmentGuide managers on performance management practices including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.Support the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.Employee engagement & CultureDesign, implement, and monitor employee engagement programs that foster motivation, inclusion and productivity.Data & AnalyticsAnalyze HR metrics and trends to support decision-making.Prepare and present HR reports to leadership.
