Job Title: Senior Software Developer (Salesforce)Location: Remote / Hybrid (Preferred: NCR / Delhi NCR region)Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (to ensure overlap with US MST hours)Reports To: Technical Lead / Head of EngineeringRole Overview:We are seeking a Senior Software Developer (Salesforce) to design, develop, and implement scalableSalesforce solutions for higher education projects. The role involves end-to-end development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (Aura/LWC), leading complex integrations with third-party systems, and leveraging Salesforce innovations like Agentforce and Einstein AI. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, mentor junior developers, and ensure secure, high-performance applications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a global, fast-paced environment with continuous learning and career growth.Key Responsibilities:• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex , Visualforce , LightningComponents (Aura/LWC ) and other Salesforce technologies.• Experience in custom objects and Education Data Architecture (EDA) / Education Cloud is preferred.• Lead the technical aspects of Salesforce implementations, including integrations with third-partysystems and education applications.• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements intotechnical specifications.• Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, flows, andother Salesforce configurations.• Leverage Agentforce and Salesforce Einstein/AI to build AI-powered automations and intelligentworkflows.• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of Salesforce applications.• Exposure to Marketing Cloud (student recruitment or interaction journeys) is a plus.Qualifications & Skills• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.• 5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), SOQL, SOSL .• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs, web services, ormiddleware.• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Education Cloud, Service Cloud, or Data Cloud is a plus.• Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce for AI-driven automation.• Experience with Salesforce deployment tools, version control, and DevOps practices.• AWS certification/exposure is an added advantage.• Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Education CloudConsultant, Agentforce Specialist) highly desirable.• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
