Senior SDETLocation: RemoteExperience: 7–10 YearsEmployment Type: Full-time / ContractJob Description: We are looking for a Senior SDET with strong hands-on development and automation testing experience to design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in WebdriverIO and Playwright , along with a solid understanding of modern software development practices.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using WebdriverIO and Playwright .Collaborate closely with developers and QA teams to define test strategies and ensure product quality.Build and maintain CI/CD integration for automated testing pipelines.Perform both functional and non-functional testing for web applications.Identify, debug, and document software defects with detailed analysis.Contribute to code reviews, improve automation standards, and mentor junior testers.Required Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on development experience in JavaScript/TypeScript .Proven expertise in WebdriverIO and Playwright automation frameworks.Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools).Good understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).Experience with BDD/TDD frameworks (Cucumber, Mocha, Jest).Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Excellent analytical and debugging skills.Good to Have: Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Exposure to performance testing tools.Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
