This role blends operational excellence with vibrant employee engagement, ensuring both seamless processes and a strong sense of belonging for every team member.HR Operations & ComplianceManage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, ensuring timely documentation, kit dispatch, system updates, and coordination with IT/AdminHandle payroll input collation, Zoho People profile accuracy, attendance, and leave trackingTrack and close probation completion, confirmation communication, and documentationAdminister insurance onboarding, updates, and support processesEnsure asset mapping, business card/ID issuance, and office readiness are aligned with process SLAsManage business travel logistics, approvals, bookings, and post-travel reimbursementsEmployee Engagement & ExperienceDesign and execute monthly/quarterly engagement initiatives, pan-org celebrations, and R&R programsOrganize trips, offsites, and townhalls, including planning, communication, logistics, and executionCurate and distribute onboarding kits, goodies, and experience-focused giftsRoll out pulse surveys, track engagement health, and analyze employee feedbackOperational Support & Vendor ManagementMaintain a well-functioning office by coordinating supply needs and administrative supportOnboard new vendors to improve service quality and streamline engagement/event-related procurementCollaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of HR processesContinuous Improvement & DevelopmentIdentify gaps and propose process improvements in onboarding, engagement, and operationsStay updated with best practices in employee engagement and HR automationParticipate in or drive learning and development initiatives to upskill in tools, communication, and event executionKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Onboarding Completion TATPayroll & Zoho Input AccuracyEmployee Engagement Response, Engagement Event Execution RateBusiness Travel EaseVendor Onboarding & Service TAT, Vendor Performance RateProbation Closure TimelinessProcess Improvement ContributionsWhat we expect:Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field2–5 years of experience in HR operations and engagement functionsProficiency in Zoho People , MS SuiteExcellent written and verbal communicationStrong organizational, coordination skills and proactive approach to workCreative thinker with a solution-oriented cum people-first mindsetWhat we offer:Engaging work culture; freedom with responsibility.Innovative work environment where you can enjoy your work that encourages you to bring your creativity to all aspects of the business.Opportunity to grow, learn and inspireA collaborative and supportive team culture that recognizes and values your strengths and expertise.Note: The above job description is a general outline of responsibilities and requirements commonly associated with the role for a Corporate Interior Design and Technology environment.
