The role also involves coordinating with vendors, ensuring smooth operations, and identifying opportunities for business growth.QualificationsProficiency in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and achieving sales targetsExperience in Travel Planning, Itinerary Creation, and Vendor CoordinationStrong Communication, Negotiation, and Customer Service skillsKnowledge of Travel & Tourism industry trends and market analysisAbility to work in a team setting and manage multiple tasks effectivelyA bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferredExperience or familiarity with Japanese culture and destinations is advantageous
