About ValetEZ:
ValetEZ is an IoT and AI enabled smart parking solutions firm that designs technology solutions to digitise parking spaces and eliminate the pain that vehicle owners face daily when parking in their city. The firm also designs and deploys an EV Charging network under the brand ‘ChargeEZ’. Our focus is to build a massive digitised parking and charging network that allows users to find and access both parking spaces and EV charging stations across the country. ValetEZ operates in 15+ cities and has handled over 100 Mn+ parkings till date.
Qualification:
B.com / BBA from a reputed university
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in Accounts preferred
What the candidate is expected to do:
● Should be able to process Payroll against the staff who are employed in different states.
● Should be able to process a wide variety of accounting documents such as invoices, employee reimbursements, cash receipts, cash payments, monthly closure & management reports.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills required to interact with staff
● Should have a knowledge of credit & debit notes
● Should be aware of process for personnel registration under ESI & PF
● Experience in handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
● Responsible for bill verification and payment to vendors/clients
● Following up with Clients on receivables
● Preparing Monthly Overhead, TDS & GST Filing.
Good to have:
● Working Knowledge of Excel, Zoho
● Strong conceptual knowledge of accounts
● Should have Analytical and good communication skills
● Experience in working on Statutory Compliances (PF, ESI,, PT, etc )
Languages: English, Hindi & Kannada
